Good Hotel...but watch the continental breakfast
My experience in Europe has been that the label "three star" applies to hotels of a wide range of quality. This hotel is definitely to the favorable end of that range. The lobby is a neat atrium that’s very pretty. My room was quite spacious, especially by European standards. The front desk staffed humored my attempt to speak French. My one concern is that the continental breakfast here is not free. Indeed, I thought it was quite expensive for what one got. All European continental breakfasts seem the same to me, except the norm in my experience is that it’s built into the room’s price. Not here.
