Worst hotel ever-rundown and dirty,unworthy of Expedia
Peeling wallpaper,cracked tiles,toothpaste on the comforter,stains on carpet,clunky old TVs. Reserved dbl queen,given dbl full,told I could come down,get twin air mattress&sheets.After an hour,told there were cancellations for dbl queens,so I could have one.I had reservation,why not give to me when I checked in? Multiple conventions in town, so no other hotels had openings.Will never stay there again. They badmouthed Expedia too, saying you overbooked.

Not much for the price
The Northrock Suites was clean and the breakfast was nice. But wow, what a basic, utilitarian space. White walls, no art, no decoration at all. I would expect something a little nicer for a room called a "suite" at that price.

Hated the hotel
Our reservation was for a 2bd 2bth room. We got 2 seperate rooms at opposite end of the hall. We have small children, so this did not work at all. They did fix the reservation the next day. The hotel smells of smoke. I called down and asked for a porta crib and the lady at the front desk told me that I had to come get it myself. The bathtub would not hold water, when we talked to maintanence they just said " Yeah, most of the tubs here are like that." When we finally switched rooms, the A.C. did not work. They did come fix it. Of course, when they left the room they left the door open. We were gone for several hours. Thankfully, nothing was stolen. The luggage cart wheel broke while we were trying to take our luggage out to hour car. This hotel was awful and we will never go back.
