Not impressed
Location fairly convenient to major downtown venues. Really dumpy appearence - needs major face lift. Room was clean enough, but sink was broken, looks like a 12 year-old did the tile work, etc. It was cheaper than other hotels, but not enough of a difference to make it worth it in my opinion.

Not bad for a football game, but not a vacation spot
Close to activities, but not a safe enviroment. It was the last hotel available in the area otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else. If you’ve got other choices then take them.

Renovated by amateurs
Holes in the wall, mold, bathroom wallpaper below waist level hanging loose with floor level edge tiling glued to it to keep it from curling up, bathroom sink and mirror not level, exposed plywood edges where counters were cut off and reinforced because they didn’t fit, counter top material used to cover door jamb. Room had no toilet paper or trash can when we got there. On the other hand, the public areas were very nicely kept and the staff was very polite and helpful.
