nice place
Very nice location,lots of parking, kid friendly, nice breakfast,small bathroom,nice beds,view of the newport bridge, easy to find, a good value.

Not overly impressed
Holiday weekend had one person working the desk and phones for check-in and had to wait quite a while. No towels in the room and when asked told we could take them. And the toilet wasn’t working that great. Had to ask for a plunger and we plunged with no follow up from the staff.
