you just get what you paid for
they, I think inadvertently double charge us.meaning,we paid when we book thru expedia in june this year and when we check out September 14 they charge again our 3 nights stay..we complained directly to comfort inn and they admitted thier mistake and promise to return the money to my account. Up to now,I dont know if they return to my account because Wells fargo close my account for security reasonand issued me with new account.Please help us to rectify the mistake.

The room was not clean, lots of noise from other rooms and had problems with checking out
