a really bad hotel experience
We were extremely disappointed in the hotel. There was a french fry on the floor by our bed with a cobweb on it. The shower curtain holder was about to fall off the wall, and the mattress was off the main frame of the bed. When we called the front desk we were told there was no one available until the next morning to assist us. When we sat on the bed, the mattress flipped up, so we were pretty much on our own to correct the problem. The mattresses were all very uncomfortable, an absolute disappointment for a two night stay. We will never use this hotel again! The directions to Ft Jackson were backwards, so we were nearly late for our grand daughters graduation from boot camp. What a sad experience!!
Don’t use the hotel directions to get to Ft Jackson.
