loved the hotel
had a great stay- the rooms were clean, the pool great, the grounds greatand the pool refreshing and nice. would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Not disability friendly
This was my first trip with my service dog. As expected, the Fairfield was clean and comfortable (the heat didnt work well in my room). But to relieve my dog, the staff told me I was expected to walk to another property, which was either down a villanous hill (no stairs) or a very long driveway. The staff never explained a strange "handicapped button" on the wall next to my room door. Was that supposed to open the door? Was it an emergency call? I have no idea. The staff was friendly and tried to be efficient, but they clearly had no training in dealing with a disabled guest. Hospitality needs to include ALL kinds of guests, including handicapped ones. In this regard, the Fairfield needs to do some homework.
