Much the same.
For a traveler on a budget we found that most of the places we stayed at in England were much like the Bickenhall hotel, "old", and a bit run down. So taking all of that into account the area was very nice and great if you wanted to take a tube into London. In fact, the bus stop was right outside. And anyway, how much time do you spend in your room anyway? The front desk people were very nice and the breakfast was good...although they may want to consider "seconds" on the OJ.

Nice room,noisy outside
The room was great; terrific bathroom, good bed plenty of space. The people were very nice and I liked the location a lot. Easy to walk to many interesting things. unfortunately, my room was overlooking a very busy one way street so toe traffic noise was pretty high. I was tired enough that I slept fine!

The Bickenhall is in a great London neighborhood. Close to the tube, safe, and includes a hearty breakfast. You could spend five times as much for a hotel, but why would you?
