The hotel is adjacent to Parque Arauco Shopping Center. In my opinion, this is really the most important advantage of this hotel.

Located in a classy residential area of Santiago near a huge and good shopping mall. Note: this is a long way from Downtown and the end of the subway line is about a twenty minute walk away.

On a scale of 1 to 10...a 50!
The Marriott website doesn’t do diligence to this hotel. It is truly one of the most beautiful hotels in their chain. The staff is the best any where. Warm, kind, courteous. The restaurants are incredible, the staff even better. Do yourself a favor and sit in the beautiful breathtaking, huge, atrium between 4 and 8 for afternoon cocktails.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Take a day trip to Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar. Don’t forget the camera. Makes for a nice summer day!

Beyond my expectations!
The staff were professional, courteous & friendly. Not only was the hotel beautiful with spectacular views but my room exceeded my expectations both on a business level and comfort level. The room was beautifully appointed, the bathroom had the most amazing soaking tub & the view was spectacular! The fact that there were 110V outlets made a world of a difference. The executive office was perfect for conducting my meetings in my room as this was most convenient! Not only would I recommend this hotel but I will definitely stay there on my next visit.
