Hit or miss
The lobby of the hotel was fine; but the room floors were in desperate need of some fresh paint. The overall room was comfortable; the restroom had paint peeling off; not as clean as I would have expected from a 4-star hotel. The hotel staff that checked me in were not very helpful. But later in the stay I found a couple hotel staff that were extremely helpful and very courteous. The location of the hotel was great; near the Eifel Tower and several other attractions.

Average - location saves it
Room was located in a wing that was under repair. Walls had plaster showing and it appeared they were waiting to be painted. While maintenence is important, I thought this would have been mentioned while booking the room or when I arrived. The service is good however not very personal, had a hospital feel to it. The location makes up for this as it is awesome; 1 min from the Efiel Tower and within walking distance to most other attractions. Overall, I would return as the location can not be beaten, however I would not expect anything special from the hotel. Not bad value for money.

Decent hotel, good location
This hotel is in a good location and provided a decent stay for the price, especially in Paris where good hotels are hard to find.
