I recommend this hotel; except the fact that the services they offered were quite poor ! The room was clean and comfortable

Beautiful hotel and grounds, but not 4-star
The hotel buildings are designed to look like a kasbah set in a garden setting. The 450+ rooms are divided among several 5-story buildings each with its own elevator. If you are unable to walk long distances, ask for a Pavilion Room closer to the hotel lobby. The rooms are comfortable, but are showing quite a bit of wear on carpets, fixtures and furniture. A word of caution -- lock your valuables in the room safe!
Traveler's tip on shopping
Visit the souks (shops) a couple of times before making a serious purchase and remember that negotiating is part of the fun.
