I would return
The hotel seemed to be a little older than expected. The TV definitely needed to be replaced but we didn’t go to watch TV. The room had a full kitchen which always saves some money if you are staying a couple of days or longer. For a family this would be a perfect place to stay while you take in Arlington’s attractions.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
1. Across the street(yeah!) from Hurricane Harbor water park. 2. A shuttle to the new Cowboys’ stadium. 3. Whole Foods market down the road a bit. 4. Six Flags and the Rangers’ ballpark just across the freeway. What more can you ask for regarding location!

We were able to get a 2 bedroom suite with a living room that had a hide-a-bed. It was just what we needed for our family. The hot breakfast was good too.

Nice accomodations
Nice hotel, we stayed in a 2 BR suite. Friendly staff, hot breakfast every morning. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. Although not wireless, the suite came with its own ethernet cable which was very handy. The hotel had everything we needed and is close to major attractions. Very good value overall.
