fairly good for reasonable price
This hotel is quite good for its relatively cheap rate. Location is not so good. But It is not hard to approach center of Quebec. Their No smoking Room was quite clean and comfortable. They serve fairly good breakfast, too.

Smallest room ever
The room was not at all like the one pictured on the Expedia website, which looked nice and roomy. It was cramped for two people and would have been very small even for one. The smallest motel room I remember being in. The really disgusting thing though was the mold on the bathroom tiles and shower curtain. Also, I found a long black hair in the the bathtub after cleaning had been done, and neither I nor my travel companion have that color or length of hair. Small TV was perched so high up in a corner shelf that I got a crick in my neck watching it. Plenty of channels, though.Beds were quite hard, and no extra pillows were provided as requested through Expedia. The personnel were nice and helpful. Breakfast was ample and more than expected, even though classified as "continental." It and the very nice female desk attendant who gaveme directions for leaving on the morning of the day we left were the best part of the stay.
Traveler's tip
Be sure to get precise directions from Google Map, etc. before returning back to motel from superhighway coming out of Quebec City. It was quite confusing as opposed to getting there from the West, which was very easy. There is no exit for Boulevard St. Anne per se, and at night it is really confusing, if you dont know what you are doing. Dont rely on what you did to get there from the other direction!
