Great location! Not very comfortable room
The hotel is convenient to Champs Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, Au Printemps and La Fayette; all walking distance. The room is so small, barely could walk around the bed. Bathroom is clean. The beds are no too comfortable. It was OK since the price is reasonable considering the location in Paris.

4 nights at The Quality Hotel
Great location. We did like the staff. Upon checking in the first thing I tested was the air conditioning and it did NOT work. We dropped our bags, headed straight downstairs to mention this to the clerk. We said we needed a cool room to sleep in and the street was too loud to keep the windows open. "The hotel is fully booked," was the response. I informed them we needed a discount rate for a non-air conditioned room. They said, thats not possible and thats it. Not the kind of response wed get here in the US, but this is France. The next day the repair man came in the afternoon and we were fixed. The wireless internet worked, but cycled passwords almost daily, which meant daily trip downstairs to get new passwords, usually first thing in the morning. This happened twice in the same day at one point. This needs to be addressed by them. For my complaining youve just read, there are pros to which would have us recommend this hotel. We did love the staff. Theyre very friendly, present and eager to help. Some of them speak excellent english, most of the others you can communicate your issues with. The breakfast was very nice and the hostess took excellent care of us. The location is GREAT, with 3 train stops nearby: Rome, Europe and Gare Saint Lazare. We will go back again. Ask for the 5th & 6th floor facing the street! We will ask upon checking in next time that were assured the AC is functioning and wont stay if its not. Thats a deal breaker.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This is very near Gare Saint Lazare, which is a very happening area around the trian station! The immediate area the hotels in is residential, so its quiet with some nice local restaurants.
