Really Bad
The hotel is BAD the beds are unconfortable...It’s much better to sleep in the floor. believe me. Their notion of a king size bed is two twins together with nothing in the middle, the hardness of the mattress and the gap between the beds make it impossible to have a good night sleep!
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Cannes is a beautiful place to be we were there during the film festival and we loved it. plenty of restaurants and boutiques all over the place. I will sugest that youi rent a car either in Sant-Tropez or Montecarlo and drive the coast (French Riviera) is beautiful and you can do it in one day.

Great time at Cezanne, Cannes
Very nice 28-room boutique Hotel in a quite area of Cannes. 800 meters from the beach and fantastic restaurants. Room was comfortable but like everywhere in Europe on the small size (hey, I wasn’t there much other than sleeping).
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
I was lucky finding parking on the back streets of the hotel avoiding 15 euros/night.

Will return to this hotel
For the price, comfort and location it was excellent....it was a few blocks walk to the palais de festival and beach, but worth it for the price and quality. Hotel staff were polite and eager to please and the hotel was very quiet and orderly. The full-size bed in our room was two twins combined and that could have been a bit more comfortable, but that was the only drawback. We already have plans to return on our next scheduled trip.
Traveler's tip on dining
A small cafe at the bus/train station a block away offered breakfast and lunch for two under $10 so we were able to splurge later on drinks and dinner.
