Great place to stay if you don’t want to pay Santa Cruz prices!
We had to go to Santa Cruz for our daughters Cheer Competition but all of the decent hotels in Santa Cruz were booked or WAY over-priced. This hotel was much cheaper and VERY NICE and comfortable. They have a GREAT HOT continental breakfast on the second floor in the morning that was fabulous. It didn’t take us long at all to get to Santa Cruz in the morning (maybe 25-30 minutes) and was WELL WORTH the stay. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
You must not miss the free breakfast. It’s not just continental.. they had pancakes, bacon, OJ, coffee, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bagels, toast, danishes, hot chocolate and more! WAY more than we expected! Totally worth it.

We’ll be back for Christmas in San Jose!
The two top point makers: Comfort and quiet. The front desk left something to be desired. We were never informed of the in-house breakfast or of its hours. Next time we’ll know to ASK because the info wasn’t forthcoming.
