Good Hotel but be careful with your surroundings!

I thought this was a good hotel to be in but it seems like there are many poeple who use this place as a drug hangout! As soon as I came onto the hotel hallways outside I smelled a pungent smell of someone having smoked a joint or weed. I couldn’t tell the difference since I do not do either. I would very much hope to see the hotel’s atmosphere improve in the future because its a nice one but its atmosphere is what gives it a poor rating.

Great cheap place to crash

I thought it was a great deal. The staff were as friendly and efficient as I could ask for, the room and bathroom were totally clean (though I think there was some harsh disinfectant/cleaning product in the air in my room), and I didn’t have any problems with scary clientele. Freeway noise is an issue. My room was on the far side of the freeway, and the morning rush hour still got loud, so I imagine it’s even worse on the other side. However, all of the cheap motels in this area are next to 101, so it’s not like there’s a better alternative to recommend. Bring ear plugs?

Not Impressed

On the website it looked nice, but that was a picture from 19 years ago when it was built. Let’s just say that things have gone a little downhill since then. We booked for three nights, but we had to go to another hotel because we just couldn’t take it any more. Not satisfactory.

Clean simple room

If you are looking for a clean simple no-frills room, this is a great place to stay. It is close to everything and you can quickly get to many different wineries in the area.

It was a last minute plan to stay around the area. The price was great for the price. Excellent customer service!

The only thing that I did’nt like about this hotel was you had to pay for internet! I was not happy about that but everything else was great, Quiet and clean!

I have always liked the area of Rohnert Park literly everything you need is right there! you can get Business cards made on the spot if you happen to run out and you are 3000 miles from home and fine dinning Great sushi or awsome pizza and just right down the street get anything you need at your local Wal-mart and in the same parking lot go for a indoor go-cart ride with your friends. This hotel is probably one of the best locations ever!

Don’t recommend.

This hotel is not worth the money you save. The bed was so uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled and we just never felt comfortable in the room. Spend more cuz you’re worth it!

No complaints for the price

Obviously not a high-end motel (probably 2 star), but it was overall clean and quiet. Close to many restaurants (but skip all the franchises and go to Latitudes right on the other side of the freeway) For the discount price, it exceeded expectations. The only problem was that they were hosting a kids soccer tournament and we were overlooking the pool - which was full of LOUDLY squealing little girls ALL day long, but when they went to bed, the place was quiet.

Latitudes restaurant, just down the street. Great, fairly priced appetizers before 7:00 (a bit overpriced after 7:00). Tropical theme with patio dining on a deck over a pretty pond.

bare minumum!!!!

Room was stinky and not what I call clean. It’s right next to the freeway and the wall are NOT very thick. I’m hard of hearing and still heard the traffic all night. Beds felt like they were someone elses rejects. continental breakfast is literally your basic muffin and coffee, nothing more. If your just looking for a roof over your head for the night and a cheap rate, then this is for you. That old saying, "you get what you pay for" really applies here. Good luck!

Great value

The hotel was clean and in a great location for food and shopping. It is located near the wine country with a pleasant drive to get to Sonoma. The hotel staff was helpful and extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here on future trips to this location.

I have stayed there 12 times now and it is excellent value for money.

The only suggestion I would have is maybe to upgrade the pillows. That was our only complaint.

The hotel is located beside the 101 freeway and was easy to find. The grounds are well kept and clean. Parking was not a problem and the area was well lighted. The room was very comfortable and the bed was just right. I enjoyed a great nights sleep. The front desk workers were very friendly and gave me great directions to nearby restaurants.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

The hotel had hair dryers, but you have to ask for them at the front desk. There was no sign telling me about the hair dryers at the front desk. This was a small problem.

Dirty Socks Under The Bed

The door did not fit the frame, noise from the parking lot and the Taco Bell customers, plus lots of garbage. Found dirty socks from previous guests under my bed so it made me feel creeped out about the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was only coffee and little muffins...NOT continental. Be prepared to pay for your internet and have to put the code in every time you need to use your laptop. Desk people kind of ignore you when they are busy with something else. They should have at least two people there. Biggest complaint is that the room was kind of nasty.

Will definitely stay at this location again

Were happy with this location, right off the 101. The price was affordable, it even included a continental breakfast.

cheap but close

you get what you pay for. if you only sleep and clean up in your room than this is the place for you. but, the front desk knows very little english and they have no idea where anything is even close by. don’t expect too much, just a bed and a shower.

It was ok if you are on a tight budget

We went on an interview and money was tight so it served our needs.

Non-smoking???

Our hotel room which was suppose to be non-smoking smelled like smoke the whole time. I had to wash all my clothes (that I had not worn) when I returned from my trip. There are tons of eating places in the area.

Easy freeway access, great foods available area!

Clean, comfortable, economical, even near a coin car wash too!
