Misleading location, poor hotel.
They advertise being 500 meters from the Tours train station when in fact it’s a 5 minute cab ride. Not impressed after a long journey. Otherwise an unremarkable old run down hotel.

Find a better alternative, if possible
While we weren’t expecting to be in the lap of luxury, we were surprised by how poorly maintained it was for a 3-star hotel. Neither the sink nor the bathtub drains worked well; the air conditioner left a stale smell in the room; the pillows smelled bad - not just old - but downright bad; the mini-fridge leaked water. And somehow no prior review mentioned how far it was to the main attraction - the old/medieval section Tours. It’s at least a 20-25 minute walk at a brisk pace, and is around 20 minutes to the train station from which to venture out to all the nearby castles. While frequent bus links do make it very do-able, for those who like to be just a short walk away this is simply not a great option.

Dissatisfied experience
This hotel is about making money on extras. We were not informed, even after specifically asking that there wouldbe a charge for breakfast separate from the hotel bill. The amount was charged at check out. There also appears to be a close relationship with the cab service, so although there is excellent bus connections to downtown and the train station, the hotel pushed for cabs. I would not stay here again.
