We will go back
What a relaxing vacation. We went just to get away and go to the beach. The hotel was very nice. Having a rental car made it easier to get around. There is no real beach access as it’s on the bay but the beach is only a short ride away. The pool was nice and relaxing. We stayed in a room with a king bed and pull out couch for the kids. It was plenty of room. The room was clean and the staff very nice. The bed itself was not very comfortable but that is really my only complaint. We would definately go back.
Rent a car. Make the trip to Captiva Island for the day. The beach was one of the most beautiful and relaxing in the area.

We loved the resort and the warm weather.
We loved our suite and the view of the manatees, dolphins, and sting rays. The breakfast buffet needs to include yogurt and some kind of protein, like soft boiled eggs and bacon or ham. My husband was very upset about the women who watched every one at breakfast like we would take an extra muffin or something.

Relaxing Haven!
My husband & I loved the resort - very peaceful & relaxing! We would stay at Lovers Key again in a heartbeat. The location is just enough out of the way to feel somewhat secluded, but not so much that it deterred us from doing things we wanted to do. The property’s restaurant was surprisingly good & service was terrific.
