Not so great
Ive never written a bad review for a hotel but thought it was important to warn others. The rooms are tiny (as most European hotels are), the beds and pillows were not comfortable and the hotel staff was not that friendly. When asking the concierge for help on transportation and other various things, he seemed annoyed by the questions (which there were not many of). I would also recommend knowing some French before staying here because they didnt seem to happy about speaking English. That could have been part of the problem. We also usually dont eat at hotel restaurants when we are travelling because typically they are not that great. However, we wanted dessert one night and didnt feel like finding a place so we ate there. The server was very annoyed that we were only ordering dessert and made it very obvious and then it wasnt even that great. One thing ordered was the creme brulee and the consistancy of the custard was like that of scrambled eggs. It was pretty gross. Maybe that is how they make it over there but we were not a fan - which is pretty sad considering the person I was with is a chef who is professionally trained in french cuisine. The location is okay. I would stay closer to the older part of town next time though.

Trailer Park Decor
Dont be fooled by the beautiful lobby...the rooms are poorly decorated with cheap materials. The staff was less than helpful and appeared bothered when asked questions.
