Great spot, highly recommend
Stayed here with my wife for 4 days during a work conference in June. Room was great, on the small side, but a nice bathroom and a balcony with huge floor to ceiling french doors that made for great evenings sitting out with a bottle of local wine (great roses). Friendly, helpful staff. Super comfy bed (two twins pushed together to make a king). Never ate at the inhouse restaurant but it looked nice. Cute little bar too. Very easy walk to the train station. Preferred the Cannes public beach at the east end, though its a longer walk from the hotel. Plenty of nice sights along the way though.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Short walk to Rue Meynadier, which is where we went for our wine, cheese, baguette, and fresh fruit nearly everyday. We did a side trip to Antibes, which was awesome. Highly recommended. Great yachting village with a huge market in the town center every day from 7am - 1pm (or close to it). Nice public beach too. Would have liked to make it to Cassis. Next time!

Grade A
The only problem we had: they had turned off the AC in the hotel sometime around October 1, so it was very hot. Otherwise, extremely cordial staff and beautiful rooms.

Great Way To End The Trip!
This is where we ended our journey across the French Riviera. The room, bathroom, and amenities are similar to U.S. hotels (read: pleasant and spacious for European lodging), which makes this hotel a great deal. Rooms were outfitted in contemporary furnishings and had ample closet space. Private bathrooms are a plus! Its a short walk from restaurants, beaches, and shopping. The hotel staff was also very helpful. (We stayed at a 5 Star Landmark Hotel in Nice, and found the service at Renoir to be head and shoulders better.) Although it is right off a busy street and next to a police station, its surprisingly quaint and quiet. We would love to stay here again!
Traveler's tip on dining
Le Rendez Vous Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant and only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Its great for food lovers - all at a reasonable price! You must order the Seafood Salad...it is to die for!
