La Verniaz Et Ses Chalets

The hotel takes its name from a little Haute Savoie village situated about 1000 feet above the town of Evian, and which consequently enjoys magnificent views over the Lake of Geneva and the surrounding Alps. La Verniaz is an outstanding country hotel, and consists of several charming houses, some of which once formed part of the original farm, and also several smaller chalets, all of which are set in the peaceful surroundings of a large private park and garden which include tennis court and an outside swimming pool (opened from May until September). The amenities and comfort of each bedroom have been individually thought out. In the restaurant, you will find an inventive and generous cuisine, featuring a traditional woodfire “Rôtisserie” and delicious fish, freshly caught from Lake Geneva, all enhanced by fine Savoy wines.
