Great place to stay
The only thing I expected that I didn’t receive, was a breakfast. They did have a restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel accommodations wre quite comfortable and satisfactory. Staff members were quite friendly and helpful. Also, I was very pleased that the hotel was located close to restaurants, both for breakfast and dinner.

Poor service
This hotel is close to I-85. I was awakened a number of times during the night by traffic. The worst part of the experience was that we purchased the breakfast package. We waited an hour and a half to be served. The manager asked me for my address, because he felt we had been treated wrong. He told me he would mail me a certificate for a free one-night stay in a Holiday Inn. So far, no certificate has arrived, and it’s been a month! The staff was totally disorganized. The decor is nice, and new bedding freshens the place. Due to the service, I won’t ever stay here again.
