Thin room walls prevent sleep
The apparently thin walls of the rooms allow noisy guests shouting in the hall to keep one awake for far too long. This occurred during all three consecutive nights stay at this hotel. I will not be staying there again for that single reason. I had no other complaints.

Location, Location, location
Location was great for our purposes, close to all major arteries and the airport. Reasonably clean, but beds seemed short, and the room crowded with junk furniture. The TV was terrible, very old and poor picture quality. We would still continue to stay there when traveling to Buffalo because the location is great, and essentially we just need a place to sleep. The breakfast was so so, mostly bad food.

"I Hated it."
I asked for a non smoking room, I was given one that smelled like everyone in the city came there to smoke. When i asked for another room, I was told i could bring my bags down and sit them behind the desk until they could get me another rm. I was headed to a meeting and did not have time to pack up all my things and lug them down stairs to a location that may or may not have been secure. They offered me an ionizer to clean the air in the room. It Did not work. It appeared to have an electrical malfunction. The continental breakfast had boiled eggs that tasted like they were made of rubber. The houskeeper came to clean the room at 8:00 am. I told her to come back later. She didnt come back. I should not have to call and have someone clean the room and make the beds. I have never had such horrible and un-inviting experience. I recommend that you remove this hotel from your list of places to stay. I could have made a complaint to them about the service but after the treatment I recieved concerning the non smoking rm I felt it would not do much good. The only thing good about this Hotel is that it is accross the street from the Airport. THIS HOTELS SERVICE IS UN-EXEPTABLE !!!
