NEEDS CHANGE OF PERSONNEL
had to ask for service; clean towels, washcloths, etc. the asian lady answering the telephone in office was very rude to three of my callers and myself. the procedure for calling the room extension was not working properly. I was told that I was receiving calls every 5 min. and i needed to use the direct line. i was in the area because of death in my family and i had family and friends calling, but not in excess. she was very rude to several callers. i liked the location of the hotel and my room was fine but the personnel need to go to another training for courtesy.

Very Hard Beds
Everything was as you would expect in a discount hotel however the bed was very substandard. Extremely hard and uncomfortable.
