Great Location
I am from Chicago and was visiting my daughter who was doing a semester in Seville. Everyone at the hotel was very accomodating and the hotel was very beautiful. The hotel was very near to the river and close to everything I wanted to see.

Faded Dowager
The Alfonso must once have been magnificent. It is now grubby, in need of substantial restoration. The front reception and concierge staff were wonderful. The restaurant staff aloof and inattentive. If this were a bargain I’d say try it for the nostaglia, but it is priced as if it were still a first class hotel. It is not.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. If your visiting Seville, you must stay here!
