Great value for the money
This was the cheapest hotel in the area, so needless to say we were pessimistic about what we would find. However the place was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and well decorated, and the room even had a refrigerator and microwave. Will definitely stay here again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
For 1/2 the price, you can stay here and drive 30 minutes to the beach. Well worth it!

Convenient and quiet
The hotel is right off the interstate, but was very quiet. Downtown Defuniak was only minutes away, as was Eglin AFB. I would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
McClains Restaurant, about 1/2 mile down the road, has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. You can order from the menu or enjoy the buffet.

Great place
I have stayed at this motel before and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay. Friendly staff.

There is a all-you-can-eat-buffet, within walking distance of the motel. Also a Waffle House too.
