not impressed
Staff is very unhelpful. Advertised as at the Linate airport... Yet it took more than 10 minute shuttle ride to departing flights. Bought package that included breakfast, but staff could not or would not understand that fact and insisted we pay for breakfast. We did so just to make the problem go away and catch our flight.

Nice, clean, quiet, and modern
I didn’t stay more than 1 night, but I was very pleased with the hotel condition. Everything was new, clean, and stylish. Next time I am in Milano I would definitely return here.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
You need a car to go to the airport (about 2 miles on highway). I don’t know if there’s a shuttle bus available as I was renting.
