The entire staff was more than friendly. The shuttle service will get you to the train station that will take you anywhere in Boston.The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Go to the North end of Boston for amazing Italian food. Don’t buy Red Sox Tickets on-line, get them from people outside the stadium on game day. It took us 5 minutes to buy great seats.

Braintree - a T ride away from Boston
The hotel staff was very friendly - and the shuttle service to and from places to eat and the subway (T) stop was simple to use and effective, except for Sunday, when there was no shuttle service (kind of a drag, as our flight came in on Sunday). We were about one hour total commute time from the Boston Convention center, which was not too bad, given that the drive and parking from much closer in took nearly that long.

Take the hotel shuttle to and from dinner, as there are no places to eat within walking distance.
