Excellent quality at reasonable price
The continental breakfast was outstanding. The friendliness and politeness of staff was very nice. I used the exercise room and the laundry and both were clean and usable. Given the current economic times and the fact that I was at a convention, I found the hotel room price very reasonable and for that reason took an extra night there rather than moving to a different hotel.

Great value and location
The staff were very professional and check in and check out was very painless. Great location if you are attending meetings at the convention center as the shuttle from the hotel to the center is very efficient and quite a helpful benefit.

Perfect for football games
We stayed at this hotel for the Car Care Bowl, and it was perfect. It was a block from the stadium and an easy walk to the Uptown area. The breakfast was very handy and very good (as I expect at a Residence Inn). The front desk staff were always smiling despite the sheer volume of rowdy people coming through the lobby. I will definitely stay here again if we return to Charlotte.
