Lost it’s Cache
The hotel although nice is looking very tired and needs updating badly esp for a Meridien as with the name comes an expectation.

Luxury at it’s Best!
From the moment we drove up to the hotel it was magicial. The hotel is quite large with beautiful Moroccan decor. Check-in was easy and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes upon arrival. The room was beautiful overlooking the hotel’s expansive garden. The room decor was lovely and the toiletries were great, that we asked if we could purchase them. The bed was extremely comfortable and the noise level was non-existent making it an ideal location for an afternoon nap. Room service delivery was rapid and the food incredible. In the morning we had breakfast, again the food was delectable. We plan on returning very soon and you MUST do the same.

not impressed
front dest service is good and efficient but not warm hearted. two restaurants food are unacceptable at all. Especially the Christmas Eve manual. The chef dont know what he is doing at all, everything’s wrong, they should stay with Moracon’s food instead.
