Noisy and poor customer service!
Never again! We flew in from Portland with 2 boys to visit theme parks, We had little time so rest/sleep was very important. When we arrived, even though the room was paid for, we still had to give them a $50 cash deposit, and they told us that it was in case we damaged something, but yet would not come to the room with us to do an inspection. Only lights by the bed worked. Ice machine was broken. Night 1,midnight, crowd of people gathered near our door making a ton of noise. Called the desk and they said a convention just got out but would not quiet them down. Night 2 the room next to us was occupied by someone having a party.. I called the desk at 1am and complained, they in turn called the room and after that those people started yelling, banging on the walls, and even banged on our door at 1:30am! They woke my kids up and we sat there until 330am!! I went to the desk the next morning and the person behind the counter was on his cell phone telling someone what he wanted for dinner and that he loved them, while i stood there for a good 10 minutes! Finally when I complained to him, he said there was nothing he could do, sorry. The only thing that met our expectations was the breakfast, it was very plentiful and the woman working there was very polite and helpful.

Love it!
Very clean place with good service! Only one complaint: no elevator! Ask the front desk to put you at the first floor if you have heavy luggage.

You can hear when shower goes off in next room
We could hear sounds of shower when somebody is taking shower in next room’s bath room. It is more louder if shower goes off in our bath room. We found it very annoying and when shower goes off in next room it woke us up from our sleep. I am pretty sure for the price we paid, we can hotel room with much better acoustics. Make sure your room is not next to stairs. u can hear people walk.
