unimpressive
5th floor room - the elevator goes up 4 floors, then you walk around a narrow walkway to the stairway to the 5th level. While trying to open the door to our assigned room, the door was flung open from inside and the current occupant fled past. The room was disheveled so we didn’t enter. Tried calling our companion’s room to tell them we were still waiting for a room. The phone rang and rang - it turned out there was no phone in their room. Told management about the lack of a phone - heard them call someone to get a phone installed immediately - there was still no phone the next morning. We were given a different room and given the circumstances, we placed chairs in front of the chained door, slept a few hours and left without showering.

Not recommended!!
Nice view from our room and reasonable pool but sheets on our beds were dirty; toilet malfunctioned; room smelt bad; lifts stunk; staff tried to get us to use an expensive shuttle company. Don’t go there!!

Bad smell. Broken furniture. Holes in the walls. Torn carpets.
