Owners and staff don’t care about this location...
This seemed to be a trend with most of the Buffalo/Niagara hotels. A situation where the owners of the hotels/motels could easily make a few updates for little to no money but refuse to do so. The staff here don’t care, the front desk woman was good but no mention of high speed internet (which was free with our king room). Hotel was empty, however, the 2 rooms we were sandwiched in between had groups of college kids partying until 4am in the morning running and screaming around outside. The room itself was decent, but again, a sagging mattress and a few cosmetic oddities ruined what could have been a nice room. It was expensive to stay here and I’ve stayed at many places nicer and cheaper including other Red Roof Inns. I just wish they owners and staff cared about their hotel.

Cheap lodging near SUNY Buffalo’s North Campus
This hotel is conveniently located near UB’s North Campus, and was a good price for a night’s stay. My only complaint would be that the internet service for your laptop was not included in the price of the stay. Since comparable or better hotels (see Doubletree Hotels near downtown for a great room for cheap) provide this service, I think that Red Roof should catch up with the twenty-first century...
