Wonderful Hotel
One of the best hotels ever, particularly in Europe. Staff was super friendly, room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was extremely clean also. It was our second time there and we would love to go again.

Easy to walk dowtown via the park behind the hotel or catch the bus in front of the hotel.

needs refurbishing
the room needs to be refurbished while the room was clean it is showing signs of wear breakfast was fair no fresh fruit being in parma would expect some parma perosciutto

I found the service level lacking considerably. Also
the location is near a park-but access to go through the park is dark at night. The area surrounding the hotel is also not great. It is a toss up as to whether I would recommend. Room was clean and OK and breakfast was fine.
