comfy hotel for a great price
i was impressed when i walked into the hotel lobby. it has lots of sitting space. they also have computers set up with free internet. they also have free wifi in the rooms. it was the biggest hotel room that i stayed in for the two weeks that i was in spain. vitoria is another classic spanish city, but a little more modern than most probably. i didnt get much of a chance to explore the city, but it was a cheap hotel only an hour outside of pamplona. i stayed at barcello b/c it was a good price and the bus ticket to pamplona was only 6 euro from vitoria each way. some minor complaints would be that the shower set up in our room was extremely awkward (as most showers tended to be for me in spain). on the up side we had several people in one room so we asked for more towels, they gave us two initially and then were upset when we asked for a couple more, but it was no big deal. there was a wedding reception while we stayed there which made the lobby a little awkward to walk through, but nobody bothered us. we had a great view on the 4th floor. i would stay here again if i visited vitoria.
