Friendly and Comfortable
Gareth at the front desk made us very welcome. He is a superb concierge and representative of gthe hospitality of Glasgow. The room was ample, comfortable, attractive and the bathroom a nice size. The complimentary mini bar was well-stocked and a nice touch. Would have preferred an accessable lobby to wait for friends, but we were affored access to the business lounge regularly.

Convenient and Comfortable
This jewel of a hotel is right in the heart of downtown Glasgow next to Queen Street train station. It’s very near the main shopping district, and the Scottish Information Office. We felt like we were coming home each evening when we returned from our touring.
