Remodeled~Very Nice
We were under the impression that this was a new motel, and maybe it was, but many of the items in the room seemed to have some wear that new items would not have. Like the coffee pot, it had seen better days. We loved how the sink was outside of the actual bathroom, so others could blow dry their hair and put on makeup while others were showering. The room was a nice size, and the bed was huge. Very comfortable. We had a hide-a-bed, and used it also. Not really the most comfortable, but could sleep a couple of small children comfortably. Heater in the room worked nicely. We had a nice view of the front of the motel, and our vehicle. No breakfast is provided, but there are many resturants in the area, including one in the motel. They do have room service, and prices were resonable, but not a huge selection. There was a desk, but no table for eating. I would recommend this hotel if visiting the area. We were there for college business. It’s very close to Iowa State University.

If you are in town for something with the college, eat at one of the sponsors of the events...your likely to run into an athlete or someone from the college you admire.

very nice hotel, comfortable beds
