Beautiful View and great location

We had a room on the top floor and there was a balcony with a wonderful view on the mountains. Plenty of room. We were very surprised at how much we got for our money. The breakfast buffet is great and well worth the money. The only complaint is that was no shower curtain strangely.

Not impressed, this is not a four star hotel

This hotel was in a good location, right on the perimeter of the old city. But that was the best thing about it. We could not park our car at the hotel, we had to drive one block further to park in a public and paid parking, even the hotel is listed as offering parking, free of charge. When we finally got to the hotel carrying the suitcases from the public parking, we found out that the elevator is not working, and our room was on the 8th floor, with no baggage assistance from the hotel’s staff. The room was very small, with old furniture, stained carpet and upholstery. The bathroom supplies consisted of a bottle of liquid soap only. The internet access from the room is not complementary, as listed on Expedia website. There is one computer in the lobby, with a very slow connection; we were not able to download and read the email. The room had a rotating fan instead of air conditioning. The fan was not efficient, we had to keep the windows opened all the time. These were facing the high traffic and noisy street on which the hotel was located. We traveled many places and we spent the most money on this hotel because everywhere else was booked and we thought it would be the best stay. It turned out that it was our least favorite place to stay.

Not impressed

This hotel was in a very good location. But that was the best thing about it. I couldn’t find how to get there from the train station anywhere, and finally after searching i found some one the mentioned you had to take bus line one and so we did and lucky it drop us next to the hotel. But it was a headache trying to find it. The staff was not helpful. Our tv didn’t work. Only one computer to use the internet. And the list continues. We traveled many places and we spent the most money on this hotel because everywhere else was booked and we thought it would be the best stay. It turns out that it was our least favorite place to stay.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

It was a beautiful city with so much to see. I would recommend doing a sound of music tour. We did a sound of music bike tour and it was amazing! And we got to see so much of the city by doing that.
