Outstanding service
We found the staff to be friendly & extremely helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions & help us with cab,train arrangements, etc. Also I accidently left a shawl in our hotel room & they were so kind as to mail it back to me in the US. The location of the hotel was great -we were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions.

Great hotel near Prague center
It has nice pool, surprising additions so close to the city center. Great access to the subway (I.P.Pavlova across the street). Didn’t use the restaurant; seems overpriced compared to the many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Was not good
It is Far from the square and historical area. I reserved twin bed but they gave me one bed and sofa bed. Room service asked to go my self to the bar to get Ice otherwise they will charge me.
