Worst Hotel in all of the years I’ve traveled
Bed linens had burn holes in blankets and sheets.Very nasty to non-smokers. Air conditioner had leaked water all over carpet, with shoes on, it swished. Unattended people ran up and down the halls hollaring day and night until 2am or later. I have never stayed at a hotel where an ID had to be checked before going to our room. I will continue to tell friends and family of this stay.
USS Kidd, the Old Capitol Building within walking distance and several other family attractions. Find another hotel, do not stay at that Sheraton.

hope to get back in a year or two
we selected hotel because it was downtown, close to good restaurants, casino,etc., but mostly because a shuttle to LSU football games runs from that point. the hotel, casino, restaurants and staff were all outstanding.
