Free Breakfast, renovated hotel
Comfortable beds, nice TV and large room. The free continental breakfast was appreciated as well. We had a problem with our A/C unit and the cleanliness of the bathroom, but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Spacious room, great for large families.
We stayed at Hyatt Place as a party of six (two adults, four children ages 6 to 15). Our stay was for a total of eight days. We liked everything about the hotel. All rooms have either two doubles plus a queen sofa bed, or one king plus a queen sofa bed. We stayed in two different rooms, and the sofa beds were not of equal comfort, but both were acceptable. There is a partial room divider between the regular beds and the sofa area. Bathrooms and vanity area were very nice. Rooms have a large flat screen TV; movies are $15 pay per view. The free WiFi internet connection works well. The complimentary continental breakfast buffet included bagels, english muffins, and fruit, in addition to all the usual continental fare. I very much recommend this hotal for families traveling with children.
This is one of few hotels that will accept six (6) persons in a room - and that also has bed space for up to six!

Disappointing!
Room was not too clean. Bad smell from bathroom drain! Air conditioning thermostat did not work. Took me over half an hour at 1am to figure out and regulate to the right temperature. Hotel staff was a bit unprofessional. Left cleaning supplies on tables where people were eating breakfast. Free breakfast was lame at best. Square bread, stale bagels and cold cereal. No danish or muffins. Will never stay there again.
