very nice& convenient
This hotel seemed tucked away in a neighborhood. Although it was right next to train station, we barely heard it on 5th floor. Big groups beware-registration is on 2nd floor-so might be jammed at eleveators. Very nice kitchenette-well maintained etc. Very convenient for us visiting son-others-get a map!

Not Impressed
Upon entering the hotel it was clearly going to be different because the registration desk was hidden on the second floor. There were 12 cup coffee makers in the room but only a few 4 cup packages in the room. The registration area had a few shelves of items for sale, but no coffee. In our room, the ice maker was broken and we had to get some ice delivered to the room which quickly became a solid block of ice. There was no room for two suitcases in the bedroom so one suitcase had to lie in the living room. The maids didn’t leave us extra toilet paper so we had to call for extra rolls. When we went swimming there was no one in the pool area but we found the pool upkeep to be poor. A huge hairball was floating in the pool. A girl’s rowing team also had rooms throughout the whole hotel. When they screamed and yelled throughout the halls, the woman at the front desk indicated there was no managere to talk to. She did offer to talk to the coach and this settled the girls down. It is a good reminder to check about special events and groups when making your reservation.
