It was okay
The Ramada in Salinas was fairly comfortable and my room was quiet. The office staff was somewhat helpful, but run by a family and so not extraordinarily helpful. It would be a good idea for the management to remove the reference to availability of a continental breakfast as no such service was available (at least when we needed to eat (7-7:30 am). We did find a wonderful diner just down the road (walking distance) for terrific morning breakfast. This hotel was okay for the price and yes, I would stay again, but with lower expectations.

Better than sleeping in the street
Price for this place was an attraction. Other than just the basic requirements, not a great experience. We were advised that breakfast was between the hours of 6:30 and 10:00. In the morning, we went down at 9:10, and were told that it was over a 9:00. That’s about all I want to say.
