Great customer service
We were very impressed by the customer service of each of the employees we encountered. I was not feeling well so my husband went to breakfast by himself- the hostess told him she would get me breakfast anytime or get me some soup if I would prefer. Our flight was not until late afternoon and the front desk employee arranged for an extra late checkout even though the hotel was full for that evening. We would definitely go back because in addition to these examples of great customer service the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very lovely.

Extremely pleased
I’m not always impressed with what I get for the money. This is an expensive hotel but well worth it. I also ate in the restaurant and had a delightful meal, and drank in the bar, which had the nicest staff and good conversation with other guests. As for the Braddock’s Blast.
Visit the Heinz history museum if possible -- it is very impressive
