Stay Away
We were not give the type of rooms we had requested, paid for, and which the hotel had confirmed with us. The front desk staff was indifferent and rude. The rooms were tiny, could barely fit one medium suitcase, let alone two. The bathroom was tiny, and there was banging of hotel room doors all night until 4 a.m. Overall, great location but a terrible place to stay.

Great location!
You have to know what you are doing in booking this hotel. First, when you check in, assert that you wish the check in clerk accompany you to the room to make sure EVERTHING works and how to work it,uch as the air conditioning, internet connection. ask for a high floor to prevent hearing the traffic. One thing is that for price... you can’t beat the location. It is fantastic.

Great Hotel
Centrally located by all of the designer shops. Very friendly staff,room was very nice and quiet. Closet was very small. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel restaurant had reasonable prices.Close to Knightsbridge tube station and Harrods.
