Not Impressed
This hotel has been remodeled and "looks" great. Just don’t look under the sheets at the stains. You should replace mattress pads that are stained. The bed has two sheets on top without a bedspread. Although I am happy about eliminating the gross bedspreads in hotels, I’m not sure that they clean the top sheet. They look dirty. We had to switch our room 3 times to find a good one.
Keep changing rooms until you find a clean one

Very Nice Business Stay
Nice room. Very comfortable. It was my second stay there. The first stay was for 10 consecutive days. Very nice free breakfast in the morning. The only improvement I would make on the breakfast would be to include some meat (bacon or sausage). Very conveniently located to restaurants.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Be sure to specifically ask for a non-smoking room since they do have smoking rooms. I cannot stay in smoking rooms.

Fabulous!
We stayed in this hotel for a week and I would not think twice about coming back to this hotel. It was very clean and the service was excellent as well. Nice location 1/4 mile from Interstate 40, making easy access to Knoxville to the west and the Smoky Mountains to the East. The hotel breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, toasts and condiments. The beds were super comfortable as well, the shower was great (plenty of water pressure and quantity) and they had the single cup Green Mountain coffee makers. The personnel at the front desk were very courteous. The pool is inside and looked good. I have been overseas for 3 years and was very impressed, there were no issues.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Also there are plenty of fast food locations (plus the excellent Puleo’s Grill) nearby, a mall 10 minutes or so away. And BTW Knoxville is a beautiful city in a beautiful location.
