Great price, convenient, great service
We stayed here for 5 nights, and would definitely stay again. The hotel looks very nice inside and out, the hotel staff is very accomodating, and it was in a great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We heard the hotel will be renovated starting at the end of 2008, I hope it will be even better!

Poor. The property appears to be on the block to be made a shopping plaza.
Hair in the shower and a dead bug on my place matte or from inside napkin. MOD never called me to discuss my complaint in 48+ hours. Expedia had to contact the MOD.

Worst Stay Aywhere
The Hotel, unbeknown to guests, scheduled to close on Mon Sep 8. The Hotel resteraunt was closed as well as all other onsite vendors. No snack or soda machines. Dirt was left behind where they pulled out the vending machines. It also seems that any staff with initiative had already jumped ship and those staff still working didnt care about a thing. Totally the opposite end of the spectrum from Quality.
