I was suprised the room had three beds and no space even though I asked for a double room. The breakfast was nothing and the television has only one boring channel.

I nearly froze to death
The room was the siz e of a match box. The windo didnt close properly and there was a very cold draft that caused the window to bang all night long. I could sleep because of the noise and the cold. The heater in my room didnt work and they wouldnt change me to a different room.

Smallest room ever
This is perhaps the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The entire space was perhaps 12 ft X 8 ft, including the bathroom, which was 4ft X 4ft, and a large step up. The room was 4 flights up, with an elevator that would only hold one person and one suitcase. The room overlooked a private park, where people drank and partied until 1 am, and the noise traveled straight up and echoed in the square. The room was clean, and the free breakfast was adequate.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you will be in London for any length of time, the London Pass and the 7-day Tube pass are defintely worthwhile. The London Pass covers many attractions, including transportation to Windsor and Greenwich. It is great to have the freedom to go back and forth on the tube without worrying about the cost, which is quite high for a single ride.
