Fair At Best
This is a very mediocre hotel at best. Loby and entrance look ok but halways and rooms are in rough shape. Room was very tired looking at not very appealing. But the worst was the king bed we had. The matress was terrible and blew my back out. We actually had to leave a day early from Hershey because I was hurting and couldnt bear another night in that bed.On the plus side,the free breakfast buffet was nice in the morning and more than enough to eat. The Irish restaurant attached to the hotel is great also.We ate dinner there and it was well above average.I would not stay here again due to the rough room and terrible bed.Expedia was very helpful when it came to refunding my money for the night we did not stay. The staff at the front desk was definitely not going to give me my money back but one call to Expedia straightened that out.Unless this is the only place available look elsewhere.

Luckily the room wasnt in the same shape as the common areas...
The hotel common areas definitely need an overhaul (i.e. carpet throughout the hallway was awful). Continental breakfast service was mediocre and not very well laid out. But, the most important factor was the cleanliness and comfort of the room and I give that a two thumbs up! Front desk staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Not impressed
expected better from a "Sheraton. the public carpets are old and dingy, and the rooms drab.
